Meal prep 101: Other ways to save you wasting time on a Sunday cooking

It's not all about the 'meal prep' for results

I've spoke before about how 'the x6P's' (Prior Preparation Prevents Piss Poor Performance) and preparing meals in advance can help you achieve your weight loss goals. True it can help, but it can be ball-ache for a lot people. No one wants to be spending one of their days off on a Sunday, or after long day at work, being stuck in the kitchen cooking. 
So how else can you utilise the x6Ps? Well to start, think 'better not perfrect'. You don't need to eat like a saint to achieve your weights loss goals. Next, get out your diary out...
