Learn to love what you hate

Just having one of 'those' days

Maaaan going to the gym can suck donkey balls! Sometimes I really have to dig deep to find the motivation and pull my finger to get moving.

So what do I do to make it more comfortable? Well I buddle together a load of temptation, or create a 'temptation bundle'.

So if you hate going to gym, or want to go, but don't want to go, then use this handly little trick in the video, to help out...
